Return Policy
If your order is in the same condition you received it in (i.e. the packaging has not been opened. The candle has not been lit.) You can return your order for a refund. All items will need to be returned at your expense. Return shipping expenses are non-refundable. We ask that you include your name and order number along with the reason for your return.
Once the return is received, our Customer Service Team will issue a refund for the value of the items returned. Returns may be sent to the address below:

Did your order arrive with one or more damaged products?
We want to make it right! Please take a photo of the damaged product and send it to our Customer Service Team at eleoracandleco@gmail.com or give us a call us at 971.708.0355. Upon receiving your pictures, we will issue a refund for the damaged product or a replacement at no cost to you.
Did you receive wrong items in your order?
We apologize for the inconvenience. If the items you received do not match the items you ordered, please give us a call at 971.708.0355 or email us at eleoracandleco@gmail.com to let us know about the issue. We will be more than happy to assist you in correcting your order.
Did you purchase one of our items from an independent retailer or online marketplace?
We want every Eleora Candle Co. experience you have to be amazing! Returns from Independent Retailers and online sites (outside of eleoracandleco.com) are handled differently. For a return or refund from outside our website, please contact the retailer where the item was purchased regarding your issue.
